Garber | FCm will make a difference to your company and your travelers.

In January of 2007, Garber Travel formed a joint venture with FCm Travel Solutions, a global network with a universal commitment to offer exceptional service, high value solutions and measurable results to clients across the globe. Now known as Garber | FCm Travel Solutions, this joint venture provides all of our clients outstanding local service and complete global support.

Our leisure travel division has retained the name Garber Travel.

4. Will you guarantee that our reservations are booked at the lowest fare?

Yes. Garber | FCm guarantees your tickets will be issued at the lowest fare available in our global distribution system, Sabre, in accordance with their EAS Solution, as well as your travel policy at the time of ticketing. In the event we do not offer the lowest fare, we will reimburse the difference unless the traveler refused that fare. Additionally, we supplement the EAS Solution by employing desktop technologies to search for other airline internet fares which may be available. If a lower class of service or fare is requested but not available, our Quality Control Systems will check and recheck the reservation for waitlist clearance or lower fares.

13. Why should our company use Garber | FCm when we can make our own reservations on the Internet?

The Internet is not a viable solution for large corporations whose goal is to maintain a cost effective travel program and provide top-notch service to their travelers. There are many reasons why it is more beneficial to use Garber | FCm. Here are just a few:

Garber | FCm provides online booking solutions for those travelers who would rather make their reservations electronically. Every electronic booking made through Garber | FCm is queued to the Garber | FCm office which handles your account. Our Garber | FCm Quality Control tool performs quality control measures, assures compliance to your travel policy and captures each booking for your reports. The tools also have the capability to search web content.
According to a recent 2008 study done by Topaz International, Topaz found that airfares booked last year through corporate travel agencies cost on average $56 less than identical itineraries directly booked through airline Web sites or through online travel retailers.
Garber | FCm provides one stop shopping for air, hotel, car and ground transportation reservations. We can compare flights and fares on a myriad of different vendors. The Internet does not do this, nor do individual airlines when you call them directly.
The Internet will not call you back when a fare has decreased, but Garber | FCm will. Garber | FCm also has a sophisticated quality control system to wait list fares, search low fare alternatives and clear seat assignments.
Garber | FCm maintains an International desk and a VIP desk, which provide personal value-added assistance for these special reservations.
Garber | FCm makes it possible to control your travel expenditures and capture your data in meaningful reports. You will not receive complete reporting if some of your travelers are using the Internet or calling the airlines directly.
Garber | FCm has discounts in place with airlines, hotels, car rental companies, ground service and airport parking providers. We also negotiate further cost savings discounts on your behalf.
Companies provide their employees with life insurance, health insurance, dental insurance and other benefits. Why wouldn't you provide assurance of seamless travel plans and service? Your employees will waste valuable corporate dollars standing in line at the airport waiting for "further instruction" when the airport is closed for snow, the flight is cancelled or the airline is on strike. One call to Garber | FCm will eliminate these hassles because your Garber | FCm agent will be able to provide immediate advice, assistance and alternate means of travel.
