Garber | FCm has developed a high degree of consistency in culture, process, and commitment to service throughout our organization by growing our own operations rather than acquiring other agencies. All Garber | FCm offices—including London and Toronto—use the same reservation and back office systems. This allows our clients to use any Garber | FCm office without compromising management reporting, vendor programs or policy compliance.
Our steady growth has been fueled by the expansion of existing clients and the addition of new accounts. We have opened offices to meet our existing clients' needs as well as to develop new markets.
Originally a leisure travel agency, it wasn't long before we were also servicing business travelers. We established the Corporate Sales and Service Department soon after computer reservation systems became available in the mid-seventies. We have several clients that have been with us for over 20 years and have an overall corporate client retention rate of 13.3 years.
