As President of Garber | FCm Travel Solutions, Roz is the primary architect of the Company’s vision as well as its chief strategist and executive leader. Possessing more than 30 years of organizational leadership experience, she oversees the management and development of the Company’s staff, services, operations and resources. Roz also represents the Company in its industry, business and community affairs. Earlier in her career, Roz served as Executive Director of Hadassah in Boston and, prior to that, as Assistant Director of the Synagogue Council of Massachusetts. Roz holds an M.A. from Brandeis University, a B.A. from the University of Toronto and is a graduate of the Travel School of America. She serves on the Board of the International Business School at Brandeis University and the Advisory Board of Classic Vacations, as well as the Boards of Hadassah Boston, the Zamir Chorale and Mayyim Hayyim, Living Waters and Education Center.

Since joining us in 1992, Paul’s role has expanded across our organization. Today, he oversees a broad range of leaders and teams including Business Development and Client Services, Information Technology and Telecommunications, Marketing and Design, Human Resources, Real Estate and Facility Management, and Procurement and Distribution. Additionally, as a confidant and strategic advisor to our president, board and executive team, Paul has assumed leadership and key roles in many organizational and business development initiatives. After undergraduate studies in finance and marketing he received a Masters in organizational development and training. Before joining our team, Paul held positions in travel, staffing, and software companies.

Linda has been with the Company since 1968. A graduate of Syracuse University, she has handled the travel needs for both leisure and corporate clients, and was a Branch Manager for many years before becoming a District Manager. She created our Training Department and presently oversees that department along with our International Services Department, contingent staff and the District Managers.

As seasoned travel industry executive and an accomplished team leader, Joe oversees our key client and partner relations, and sales and business development activities. Prior to joining our team, Joe was Deputy Director Secure Flight at the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and he held several key sales management positions at US Airways, including Managing Director North America Sales. He has worked with growing companies as well as with established Fortune 100 clients. He has served on numerous advisory boards, chambers of commerce, and convention & visitor bureaus. In addition to completing a number of professional development programs, Joe has a B.A. in Promotional Communication from Cleveland State University.

An experienced corporate CFO and licensed CPA with more than twenty years of increasing responsibility, John heads up our Finance department. Before joining our team, John was in charge of the U.S. corporate office for Kidde plc, a London-based international fire protection company. In this leadership role, John acquired extensive international experience in managing the treasury, tax, risk management and reporting functions and assisting in integrating many acquisitions and mergers. His eighteen years at Kidde, and previously as Assistant Controller of Fisons Corporation, gave him exposure to companies in the fire protection, paint, security, hardware, plastics and pharmaceutical industries. John holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from Boston College. He sits on the Board of Trustees of The Boston Home, a long-term care facility for persons suffering from MS and other neurological diseases, where he is Treasurer and chairs the Audit Committee.

As Vice President of Travel Technology and Operations, Lea and her team continually seek ways to enhance and streamline our operations so that our travel consultants can be as effective and efficient as possible in serving our clients. A certified travel professional (CTC, CTA, CMP) with more than 20 years of travel operations experience as well as proven project management and analytical skills, Lea is uniquely qualified to ensure that we develop and employ the best operational methods, practices, processes and technologies. Additionally, she oversees our e-Services Department, where she and her staff embrace the cutting edge of travel technology and support our online booking tools. While pursuing her A.S. in Travel & Tourism, Lea joined Garber Travel as an intern, soon became a corporate travel consultant, and then advanced through a series of positions with increasing responsibility: Assistant Manager, on-site Account Manager, Branch Manager, and then to District Manager overseeing multiple branch and on-site locations in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. Lea retains some of her former responsibilities, continuing as District Manager of our UK operations.

Barbara’s background includes 12 years with a major airline where her duties extended from reservation agent to account executive to National Sales Manager. Her training and previous travel industry experience combined with her many valued years at our company proves to be an invaluable asset to the needs of our clients. Barbara is involved in negotiating with major airlines, with particular emphasis on cost savings for our corporate clients. Additionally Barbara serves as the liaison for some of Garber | FCm's larger corporate clients. Barbara has sat on the Massport Passenger Advisory Board, plus Continental Airlines and Delta Airlines Agency Advisory Boards.

Kristen leads the corporate sales team at Garber | FCm and also acts as a liaison to our Account Executives to ensure consistent delivery of our high performance standards to all of our corporate clients. After joining us in 1999, she advanced though the roles of Account Executive and Area Sales Manager and therefore she is well-versed in all aspects of client-focused business travel management. Kristen is also a participating member of ACTE, NEBTA and NBTA. Prior to Garber | FCm, Kristen held PR, operations, and management positions in the hospitality and boating industries. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from Gettysburg College in Business Management, with focuses in Finance and International Business. Kristen is dedicated to partnering with valued accounts whose focus is on offering their travelers exceptional service and customized technology solutions globally.

As Chief Information Officer, John is responsible for the execution of strategic technology projects, and operations of our growing systems and telephony infrastructure. With a diverse background in multiple technical and industry verticals, John relies on his years of experience in systems architecture, design, and operations to help the Company deliver value-added solutions to our customers. Before joining our team, John held technical and management positions at a variety of companies including First Marblehead Corp, a Boston-based financial services firm, Globix Corp, a New York-based internet service and hosting provider, and Kaiser Permanente, a nationwide health management organization. John received a B.S. in Information Technology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
