Facilitate a preferred carrier contract with an airline, or leverage an existing corporate airline contract to save you money.
Make available arrival and departure manifests for all attendees.
Outline food and beverage options. If preferred, we can order food and beverages for you, and coordinate all meals, beverage events, social functions, and meeting refreshments.
Coordinate ground transportation to ensure seamless pick-ups and arrivals for all attendees. If preferred, we can give you a range of options, including shuttle busses, taxis, limousines, and more.
Create an online registration page linked to your web site or your company's intranet.
Serve as your liaison with the hotel. We can organize and communicate all rooming manifests to the hotel, and review the daily hotel master account.
Help develop and plan pre- and post-event programs, including special events, home parties, functions, recreational activities, optional sightseeing tours, and on- or off-site entertainment.
Schedule on-site staff to oversee your entire program or specific events.
Run a registration or hospitality desk.
