Corporate Card Review
Garber | FCm will help you choose a corporate card program that works best for your company. Because we are not affiliated with a corporate card provider, we can be objective in assisting you with this very important aspect of your travel program.
GarberMagic & iBank Global Reporting
Garber | FCm Travel Solutions has developed a unique and exclusive reporting solution, GarberMagic. Our corporate travel managers can access their own travel management reports through our secure GarberMagic website. GarberMagic provides our corporate clients with access to comprehensive management and analysis reports.
FCm utilizes Cornerstone iBank, a web-based travel data consolidation and reporting tool. Cornerstone iBank for global reporting aggregates the data from each of the disparate back office and mid-office systems of each country enabling consolidated data for regional and global analysis.
eBill Invoice/Itinerary
eBill, an invoice document, enables Garber | FCm consultants to quickly and easily email Garber | FCm invoices to travelers, thereby creating new efficiencies and enhancing our level of customer service. eBill contains all the information travelers need to document the cost of airline tickets for expense reporting purposes. It can be used in place of the Passenger Ticket Receipt that is currently printed out and sent to travelers who use electronic tickets. Because the invoices are emailed, eBill will eliminate delays and lost receipts.
eFare Notification
Garber | FCm developed the eFare Notification system to remind your travelers of pending travel dates for non-refundable airline tickets. Since the airlines have announced new rules making non-refundable tickets unchangeable after the original travel date, this system helps to make the best use of all tickets and to make changes in advance where necessary. Reminder emails are sent to your travelers two business days in advance of a non-refundable ticket's travel date.
Credit Card Reconciliation
Garber | FCm provides complete credit card reconciliation for all major credit card companies such as American Express, Visa, MasterCard, ATP and Diners Club, as long as they provide an electronic file transfer. Garber | FCm will also program to handle other credit card companies if required. The reconciliation process facilitates the electronic exchange of data between Garber | FCm's back-office system and the corporate client's system. Garber | FCm currently exchanges credit card data in an electronic manner with most of our corporate clients. Garber | FCm can provide our clients with the credit card reconciliation information via PC floppy disc, email and/or other communication protocol like TCP/IP. Please note that in non-U.S. markets Garber | FCm provides the credit card company with files to augment the credit card companies' data.
Garber | FCm Hotel Solutions
Garber | FCm offers full strategic sourcing and policy compliance service for hotel accommodations worldwide. Our hotel solutions program ensures that our clients receive the best rates possible on global hotel accommodations. Using our cost-effective strategic sourcing and travel policy compliance services, we help corporations negotiate successfully with hotels. Our quality control systems help to ensure that your company employees use the preferred hotels and pay the negotiated rate or applicable promotional rate on every business trip. If you don't have enough room nights in every city, we aggregate cities with other Garber | FCm clients to offer a discounted rate. The negotiations are done with your input, preferences and company culture in mind. In addition to your company negotiated rate and the Garber FCM aggregated rates, we complete the solution with an added consortia rate, hotel block program, market strategy, and change strategy for desired accommodations during peak periods.
VIP Services
We are able to take special care of your VIPs. We are one of the largest producers for all airlines; they provide us with dedicated representatives whose job it is to work exclusively on Garber | FCm bookings for waitlist clearance, upgrades, waivers, seat assignments, etc. We also queue all VIP itineraries to our VIP desk for careful scrutiny prior to ticketing. Whenever possible and appropriate, we request airline upgrades, special room assignments and provide special amenities at no extra cost for top executives of our clients.
From time to time Garber | FCm has access to our own upgrades, which we use on behalf of our clients' Senior Management and frequent travelers.
International Services
Garber | FCm has established a separate International Department staffed by travel professionals acquainted with all areas of the world. These include such areas as the Commonwealth of Independent States, Eastern European countries, South Pacific, South America, the Middle East and the Orient.
Our International Department staff, with combined international experience of 48 years and an average of 10.6 years service with Garber | FCm, is dedicated full time to the quality control of all international records.
We use up-to-date international airline tariffs as well as airline Direct Reservation System (DRS) for references. We also maintain close relationships with all airline sales offices for preferred and special handling, i.e., upgrades, waitlist clearances, waivers of advance purchase, etc.
Emergency Travel Center
After business hours, Garber | FCm provides our clients with our own Emergency Travel Center (ETC). Our ETC service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and is available to both domestic and international travelers. The average hold time to reach an ETC travel consultant is less than 30 seconds. Once a traveler is properly identified via our secure profile system, changes can be made to existing air, car and hotel reservations in accordance with your corporate travel policy. Or, new reservations can be made within corporate policy. The next business day, our Emergency Travel Center provides the appropriate Garber | FCm office with details of calls received and action taken so that everyone who services your account will have current information.
Value Added Services
In order for us to demonstrate the extra value in utilizing Garber | FCm as your service provider, we have developed software to record and report the extra value we bring to our relationship. This is due to the preferred relationships we have with our travel partners. Some of these waivers and favors have a dollar value attached to them while others are just our ability to help clear space that is otherwise sold out and just adds value at no cost associated with the service.

The Sabre® Virtually There web site enables Garber | FCm consultants to provide real-time, valuable travel information to our clients 24 hours a day, seven days a week. With this innovative tool, we can email hyperlinks to itineraries and other travel information directly to our clients, adding even greater value to the quality services we already provide.
